Hi Zakia,

Your fall sounds very painful and appreciate how difficult it must be for mums with young children at home, especially when you're feeling unwell. Is there any possibility of the family helping out so you can get some rest? Please never think that you're boring us!! At one time or another we all need support, and this is what is fantastic about the forum, so please keep posting.

wishing you a quick recovery,

love,

Barbara

Ohh Zakia,

Sorry to hear about your fall, it must have been terrifying for you.

I hope despite the school holidays you manage to get some rest and some recovery time,

Best wishes and a speedy recovery

Hi Zakia

So sorry about your accident but you did the right thing getting checked out promptly. Word of advice from someone who fell in the shower a few months ago ... be aware of how you feel. Sometimes things don't show up immediately and where delicate structures such as the neck are involved symptoms can appear out of the blue weeks later. Do take care and try to rest whenever opportunities allow.
